A Week in GUMC: Tuesday Tunes

You've made it to Tuesday - only 3 more days until the weekend, doesn't make it sound too bad eh?

What else would you be doing on a mid-week night other than joining some of our wonderful ensembles. Especially when the hump day feelings are looming, you'll need something to cheer you up.

Whether you're a singer or a flautist, we've got something for you to enjoy.

Attention flute players: Tuesday night is your night, bring your flute along and meet the lovely bunch which is GUMC Flute Choir. They play all types of music from your traditional Caledonia to something a bit more upbeat...and always expect some Disney. If Disney doesn't take your fancy then you'll love our more classical pieces - did someone say Holst? It seems Flute Choir are one of the chattiest groups, and they'll make you feel right at flute home.

If a bunch of flutes gathering together is not your forte but you just love to sing (both in the shower and performance standard excepted) then you'll love the GUMC choir! One of our bigger groups with lots of fun musicians and people who just love to sing. Expect a lot of fun music and some great socials and opportunities to perform around Glasgow!

So there you go, that is what Glasgow University Music Club gets up to on a Tuesday evening after University, but wait...there is much more to come for Wednesday night and Thursday.

See you soon,
GUMC Committee.
